The Opportunity
J. Calnan & Associates (JC&A), a prominent construction management company in New England and New York, partnered with Belfort Group (BG) for a dual-phase project: creating a brand video and conducting a website redesign. Following the brand video production, BG’s next task was to overhaul JC&A’s website to address current site challenges and create a modern, user-friendly platform showcasing the company’s services, expertise, and culture.
The Strategy
Discovery
BG initiated a discovery session with JC&A to pinpoint site challenges, desired features, and goals for the new website. This session laid the foundation for a comprehensive plan aligned with JC&A’s mission and objectives.
Planning
During the planning phase, BG created a new site map, strategically outlining navigation and user journey flow to enhance the user experience. The team also incorporated J. Calnan & Associates’ trademark philosophy, “We Build…®” to represent the brand’s identity throughout the site. The BG team then designed interactive prototype pages to visualize the final design and ensure that it would meet the client’s expectations.
Development
After approving the prototype designs, BG moved into the development phase of the website redesign. The team created a beta website, which was thoroughly tested and refined based on client feedback, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly final product.
