The Opportunity
BG was hired for the rebranding of Thompson Hennessey & Partners (THP), involving new branding and a contemporary logo design. The goal was to showcase THP’s extensive industry knowledge and experience, while also highlighting the firm’s unique differentiators in the commercial real estate sector. This rebrand needed to attract new clients, retain existing ones, and establish THP as a forward-thinking and innovative company. THP needed a cohesive brand strategy that would unify its messaging across all collateral assets, including its website, marketing materials, and internal documents.
The Strategy
BG led an extensive effort in reimagining and rebranding all THP collateral assets, including the website, logo, and brand colors. We explored the beliefs, methodologies, and attributes that defined THP’s distinct position within the industry. Based on these insights, BG created brand messaging that outlined the THP brand cornerstones and strategic advantages. Additionally, we designed a comprehensive branding package that included a modern logo and cohesive brand colors.
The Result
The newly designed brand identity, collateral, and website successfully relaunched THP’s bold approach to doing business. The new identity and collateral suite included a video series with firm partners prominently displayed on the new website. This showcased the Thompson Hennessey & Partners brand and highlighted the team’s deep knowledge in the commercial real estate arena. By streamlining the experience for prospective clients, BG facilitated an increase in inbound new business opportunities, which helped build the firm’s credibility and market presence.
