The Opportunity
Belfort Group partnered with RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain to launch a luxury resort with a real estate marketing campaign aimed at driving awareness among potential buyers and focused on lead generation and conversion.
The Strategy
To meet the challenge, BG developed a uniquely themed, high energy event to highlight the return of the resort to drive awareness of RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain as a ski and adventure sport destination. The launch theme evoked the roaring 1920s’ when the grand hotels of NH were in their heyday to highlight the history of this type of luxury resort. The creatively themed Gatsby extravaganza and flawless execution built the required excitement and buzz to kick off an aggressive pre-sales campaign for the ownership team. As part of the event launch, the BG creative team produced a printed Gatsby-themed invitation mailed to key influencers and stakeholders.
The Result
The RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain real estate development team booked more than $1 million in sales in the three days following the event, identified a number of qualified leads for outreach and developed a deeper engagement with additional interested buyers.
